I have these sitting in the garage before my starter cart ran out.

Problem is the printer does recognise these $10 carts as legit… there's no cart page counter and it spits out a "replace toner" message.

They still print/copy but its a tad annoying.

I have that $99 M225Dw.

they do this when the toner is generic.
