New Dumb Phone with 3g 4g for 68 Year Old Mother

As title suggest need new phone for mother she not too good with smart phones / android boxes. Currently on Sony Dumb phone that now only has 3g (after 2g turned off) she is with AMAYSIM PAYG. I don't know what to do she needs a new phone but no way she can use smart phones, we tried to teach her with no success.

      4G feature phones are geared towards the developing nations (e.g India) where feature phones still sell like hotcakes. Qualcomm only just recently released the 205 chipset that enables this, and one of the phones getting is would be a Nokia

  She may benefit from going to a brick and mortar store to test the phones. Telstra have phones targeted at the elderly.

  My wife is similarly challenged by smart phones. She can not even read sms on her feature phone. I bought a few 3G cheapies (for spare batteries etc.) at Target. They put them on special occasionally.
