Yesterday, I got myself an iPhone 4.
I was so happy.
Today, I dropped myself an iPhone 4.
I was so devo.
It still works perfectly, and the front isn't damaged in the slightest, but the back has a huge, ugly crack in it.
Behold the beauty: http://i55.tinypic.com/jhpj0m.jpg
Sure, I could put up with it, but why should I let my baby rot?
I know that I could go to Apple for an out-of-warranty service, but that costs $199 if I'm not mistaken?
So, does anyone know of anywhere cheap (and fast) that does a good job?
I'd love you forever and ever and ever.
I be in Brisbane if location is an issue.
Thanks so much, y'all.
Rory
One of the great things about a phone with real glass!
They sell the covers very cheap on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Black-Iphone-4G-32GB-Back-Battery-Cov…
You could try doing it yourself or buy the cover and take it to a repair store.
That way you wouldn't need to pay the expensive price apple would want for a new cover.
It would not be fast as you would need to wait for it to be delivered but it would be cheap (especially if you can do it yourself)
