    It is a bargain. Beats parking in a side street & walking in the cold to save the $20 parking or whatever on a Saturday night.

      Pfft $20 is the cost of 1 drink at crown bar. Most people couldn't be stuffed waiting an hr in line to have to fill out form with all their private information to get a card to then score free parking on a Saturday night. Ppl that go to crown normally have a tier card with free parking on it already.

    nah they changed it because too many people were parking at crown and walking to work on weekdays
