This "Home Workout MMA Spartan Pro" why is it better than countless free apps like that, or just a routine out of your head/youtube/internet? Does it measure your pulse and offers you individual training?
It has an animation for each exercise and it seems to be simple layout as well.

Unless your IT team have restricted the clients allowed to connect, then yes.
Even then, some Jabber clients let you enter a custom "client header" to make the jabber server think it's an authorised client version.

Why does the root checker in description say "This app is forever free."?
Can someone tell me what's the advantage using this xamp/jabber if compared with whatsapp? I suspect you can spawn an internal chat server within the company?
