i recently ordered an android box from gearbest
after them stuffing me around saying that i didnt give a accurate home address (had to tell them it multiple times in support ticket) they finally shipped
i waited and it passed the max time of the postage i selected (max 11 days)
i messaged again and they told me it was the non tracking non faster post they used
when i questioned why they said that i asked for it in live chat (why would i ask for a worse posting when i paid for the better option)
then when i asked for proof they ignored me giving me a answer about the shitty posting they used instead and havent replied back
aside paypal claim and escalating it is there any other option ?
does gearbest have a rep on on here ?
heard some good things about them and quite dissapointed
also still havent recieved my Original Xiaomi Piston In Ear Earphones from the deal earlier this month but it does have till next month as it was the cheap shipping
