Inexpensive Clubs - Sydney

Hi, I have a group of 30 people planning to go out and party in Sydney over the coming weeks. Would like to know a good club in SYDNEY CBD which has free entry. Also, if you can help me with clubs that offer free birthday packages or some sort of deals.
Note: I am not looking for Free entry before 11pm as we plan to enter the club after 12am.

Thanks.

Edit: Group of Uni students, Looking at Friday night, Cheap entry.

There is no such thing as a free lunch. No fee on entry means you pay more at the bar.

    • Don't really mind that. Wouldn't need to spend that much at the bar I think.

City of Sydney RSL is a club that offers free entry with reasonable drink prices.
Great if you want to get a couple of bets on the dogs, or pump some cash through the pokies.
Or maybe you mean a night club.

Free clubs are shit. Theyre free to bring people in because nobody wants to go there. Because there shit.

Just do some googling around. The person having the birthday should be able to make a birthday list and get free or reduced entry. https://www.timeout.com/sydney/nightlife/the-best-clubs-in-s…

30 people is a lot and 12am is very late. Especially with Sydney's stupid lockout laws… Do you have a decent ratio i.e males to females? 30 dudes won't get in. Hell you'd need at least 15 chicks to get in.

I agree with free clubs being bad in general.

    free birthday packages

Your expectations are a little low.

    • Marquee at The Star does that. But it's boring now.

  • You will spend more time waiting in line after midnight and will be expected to pay no matter which club you go to - expect $25+ for the more popular ones like Home, Marquee, Ivy and Chinese Laundry. Plus our lockout laws will have an overall negative effect on your group.

  • You might get better suggestions if you describe the crowd going.

It's no longer as faux-pas for a teenager, for example, to say they don't like the Sydney nightclub scene. So depending on the group you might not disappoint many people by cheapening out. In the UK half of the nightclubs have shut down since the mid-2000s so it's not just a Sydney thing. Of course festivals are still in.

Are there any paid nightclubs in Sydney where the doorman looks intimidating as needed but isn't a complete and utter d-head?

  • free birthday packages or some sort of deals

I know some strip clubs that'll give the birthday boy a free lap dance, if he's brinking 29 paying guests.
