I am not a drinker but I had this cruiser vodka (bought from coles) last night at around 8pm. I had just one bottle. I want to know how long will it take my metabolism to get it out from system.
4.6 vol/Alc - How long will it take to leave my system.

Good points raised.
You forgot to mention that different flavoured cruisers take different times to break down. Lemon is very slow to leave the body.It was watermelon flavoured cruiser vodka.
Oh no! The reddish coloured ones are the worst, they take a long time for its effects to wear off much like how red frogs make children hyper.
Sweet baby Jesus……watermelon……possibly the worst. Probably want to wait until after Christmas to be safe !
I am not a drinker
We can tell
Providing you're someone of average-ish health it was likely well out of your system by 11PM.
You should drive to the nearest pub or club to use their breathalyser
But, for you to be able to trust the breathalyser, you'll need to have another drink and re-test.
You can't get consistent data with just two samples, so have another drink and re-test.
If you forget one of the test results, you'll need to have another drink and re-test to get consistent data.
That is terrible advise. If they were on their P's and drove to check their BAL and got caught that wouldn't be good.
There are a few drink tracker apps around. Install one on your smart phone. It lets you enter your height, age, sex, weight and what you've had to drink.
My rule is if I'm eating 1 hour per 2 standard drinks. If I'm not or it's later in the night, maybe 2 hours for one drink
It doesn't make a difference about flavour lol
I know. I'm just giving silly answers to a somewhat silly question.
Silly question? You got too much time to waste here mate.
@twoperspectives: how old are you? Everyone knows a cruiser has very little alcohol in it. Did you steal a cruiser from mummy and daddy and you're worried they'll be home soon?
"It doesn't make a difference about flavour lol"
yeh right ;)
Two standard drinks in the first hour, one standard drink per hour thereafter.
You'll probably find the cruiser is <2 standard drinks, so one hour should be safe.
One cruiser? You'll be drunk for at least a week.
I have checked a few online forums where the same question was asked by random people and the honest and helpful answers are given by other members of the group but i think i expected the same from Ozbargain community.
Thanks to those who actually came up with useful information though. I asked this "silly" question because i work on the weekends and drive to work.
Ok serious answer
Don't drink and drive
Depends on many different factors. Weight. Height. Alcohol tolerance. There's just too many.
Scientifically, though, you can expect it to be out of your system within a year or two.
