I currently work for a not for profit organisation and salary package the maximum $15,900.
If I got another part time job, for another organisation, can I salary package from that as well?
Or is $15,900 the maximum per financial year?

It's suppose to be 1 per year. Your employer(s) has no way to check it though.
In the NSW Hospital system, they make you sign a declaration to say you haven't claimed it from another hospital, in case you have 2 jobs or change jobs mid-year.
I guess other employers could do that as well, but I don't think they do.
What is salary packaging?
Salary packaging, sometimes referred to as salary sacrifice, is an Australian Taxation Office (ATO) approved way of receiving benefits (items which most people currently use such as motor vehicles, professional membership fees and extra superannuation) by way of a pre-tax salary payment.

What is this "Google" you refer to?
you know, when you go to the vegetable section of the supermarket and you see the salary packed in the those polystyrene trays and the wrapped in glad wrap, though some supermarkets put the salary in bags, and some leave it au naturel
If you're in Victoria, you can salary package once per FBT year from each employer. FBT year goes from 1st April to 31st March. So if you start working for your new company now, you can salary package the full GUTV now and again in April 2018. And you can do that and how ever many employers you have.
Good question. Following.
I think it's only one lot of $15,900 but either the tax person or the salary packaging company would be best to answer. Check which company your organisation uses and call them up. Currently, our not for profit uses AccessPay.
Good Luck
