Make sure whereever you buy from has paypal and you use your credit card to pay via paypal. Honestly, you dont know where your sending your credit card details to. I used to buy a lot online overseas but my credit card has been charged fraudulently and the bank says people get hold of your details and just try and try and try to charge your card. My bank denied the payment thankfully but they tried to put it through over 20 times at about $600 a piece!
