Just bought 3 Huggies nappy boxes (Crawler weight) at Target for $30 each. They are the 99 pack ones, and it looks like they have the Newborn 108 pack and Toddler varieties too. Cheaper than anywhere else… online of otherwise.
These ones are 30c a nappy, and even the bulk buy ones online (432 pack boxes) still work out to 36c a nappy plus shipping.
Also, Coles have these same nappies 'on sale' for $34… so $30 is very cheap.

I heard newborn babies use about 7-8 nappies a day. That works out to be 40.5 days worth of nappies. It will run out at 4am on a sunday.
yep… a nappy change every 2-4 hours around the clock. dont worry, i didnt know either until about 7 weeks ago. now im knee deep in crap and wee :). and just wait till they really let go…. no nappy on earth can contain it. until you have one of your own…. oh boy, nothing prepares you :). *sigh
oh well, what goes around comes around…. maybe she'll change my nappies when the time comes :).
Just wait until she starts eating solids. Then the stink really begins!

I bought the above in ACT proper, but I was in Queanbeyan NSW today and noticed the Target there still had some stock (although getting very low and not all varieties). I don't about Sydney though, sorry.
the last time i saw a $30 deal was at the toys r us.
if the contents are the same i would say yes it is very cheap
