Agreed about the snake oil but I wouldn't suggest giving lozenges to toddlers.
All the china daigu are probably spewing the chemist warehouse didn't half price Prospan (different brand but China loves it)
Daigu are busy with baby food bottles these days.

There is no evidence that cough mixtures work over placebo. It is half price but for something which lacks any evidence of efficacy.
