Gumtree Detecting My VPN

When I use Gumtree it detects my VPN and won't let me view phone numbers and email addresses, even when it's set to an Australian location. Is there anyway I can stop Gumtree from detecting it? It's really annoying.

    Disconnect from vpn. Thats what I do.

      I do, and somehow it still thinks I'm using it.

        Try private browsing mode

        Clear your cookies, history. I'm permanently incognito and it works when disconnected.

    They won't let you post an ad either. I made about 6-7 attempts to post an ad over two days, and it finally worked when I turned off my VPN. It was set to Melbourne.

    Use gumtree app on your phone

    They say to contact them (https://help.gumtree.com.au/AU/articles/en_US/KB_Article/Why…) if it still doesn't work after disabling the VPN (and assuming you've tried private browsing or clearing your cookies or an other tips above). They'll probably need to know your OS and method of connecting to the VPN.
