I'm moving onto the Ropes Crossing Opticomm Fibre network and I'm considering going with one of the following ISP's.
Has anyone had experience with them:
LeapTel, Harbour ISP, DCSI or Exetel.

Used to have ADSL with DCSI. No problems and seemed to be fine in the evenings.
Yep, I've been with iiNet using the Opticomm network since 2012. I've never and an issues and my 100/40 connection is blazing. I'm on $99p/m for 1tb of data.
I get all TV channels over the fibre so no need for an aerial.

How do you do that? Our house doesn't have a TV antenna.
It's a feature of our Opticomm residential estate. Free to Air and Pay TV can is sent over the fibre to a comms cabinet in our home.
Is the Free to Air metered.
@Givemethemoney: No it's not metered.
Posting for others who might be looking into this in the future:
The TV is delivered through the fibre optic network until it hits your ONT (network termination) at your house. This then breaks the TV off to a coaxial port and you connect foxtel and free to air TV to this as you normally would an antenna. This is unmetered, and even works if you had no active broadband subscription, it's a feature of the opticomm network, not your ISP.
….
No experience with any of them, but I do know that 100/40 is about as reliable as NBN 100/40
