Microsoft rewards have been having a few delays lately to awarding points. If you have an active account, you should have received an email about this, with an offer of 500 bonus points (worth around 50c). You must click the link in the email, or the bonus points wont be rewarded. I have included the link from my email below, but it may be unique. Make sure you're logged in to your MS rewards account in your browser before you click the link.
It looks like the points vary depending on your earn frequency. You also need to be an active points earner via bing/edge search to have received the email.

You may have noticed recently that our system was slow to grant your points while searching, shopping, and browsing with Microsoft.
We've fixed the issue and would like to offer you this 500-point bonus to make up for the inconvenience.
Our sincerest apologies for the trouble.
EDIT: I got the points a different way: do a random bing search, then click on the microsoft rewards button on the top right of the screen, and in the dropdown, I had a "claim 500 bonus points for delays" link. Clicking that added the points instantly.
Can confirm that I received this email as well.
