Buying Supplements Online - Would Love Your Feedback (14 Months Later)

About 14 months ago I posted up this topic (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/246781) and received some fantastic feedback from the OzBargain community (thank you everyone who contributed).

We've been working really, really hard on implementing a lot of this feedback. One major thing that we took on board was having our own brand in order to be price competitive if you're after something of high quality and great value. We simply cannot compete with other companies creating and selling their own supplements when we sell only third-party brands. So we ended up building our own manufacturing plant and have just begun production on our own line of "Amino Z" supps.

This is not so much an ad but rather another request for feedback. We have launched this less than a week ago and are still not fully stocked on all lines. We also have a relatively limited product range (soon to expand). But our current range can be found at http://www.aminoz.com.au/amino-z/

I would love to receive everyone's feedback. Thoughts on price point, product range etc? What would you like to see? Is this a compelling offer? We've tried to price this really aggressively especially considering that we have not cut corners on premium ingredients.

    Do you provide a third party Certificate of Analysis for the compounds you are selling?

      After the problems a few years ago with local brands spiking and cutting (what was it, up to 50% carb instead of protein?) I think this is essential.

    If you are on price with Bulk Nutrients and have certified quality and ship quicker I'm on board. They ship from Tassie and its usually ends up being 6 days and as with most things, people order when they are on the last 1/2 bag.

    I go through 10kg of protein per month.

      Thanks a lot for the suggestion. Yeah our turnaround time is 24 hour dispatch from Sydney, same time as any other order. We also have express options so delivery time won't be a problem. Agreed on the certified quality so we'll get transparency with COA's for this published ASAP. Appreciate the feedback.
