Catch A/C product only available in VIC and NSW ;)

Does any one know why this A/C in catchoftheday is only available to NSW and VIC residents?

They have novelly put the price up for delivery on other states to $500 :o)

    Maybe because they can't find a courier that's willing to deliver such a bulky item anywhere other than the eastcoast for a low price?
