[Solved] Seeking Commercial Lease Legal Advice

Hi Guys,

There was a member offering legal advice surrounding commercial leases a couple of weeks ago.

I was wondering if he/she would be willing to discuss an ongoing issue we are having with our head lessor and lessor (involved with a franchise).

The head lessor is holding us responsible for a general maintenance and for the repair to the flooring and sub flooring. The lessor is rolling over and passing the issue on to us. Quite an expensive operation.

    Ask Dr Google?
    Ask on Ozbargain?
    What about getting a lawyer to help you???

      It's 3.5k just to get someone to look over the lease and the pending issues.
