    If you're going to buy these for the love of god, learn how to use them properly. All you need to do is open it slightly and leave it in the packaging. Each week lift it a little bit higher. The back has a clear indicator and gives you an idea of how much to lift it each time. If you take them out of the packet, of course they won't last long.
