hello everybody i recently bougth a new earphone from logitechshop.com.au and unfortunately it had some problems so i went to their website and apply for the return item case,they have authorized for me to return it and i returned item last week.Up to now i have not received any information about it from them,i tried to contact them by their website system,their email which they sent me their address … and nothing happend,no one replied me.What should i do now?? keep wating or does anyone know any other way to contact them?
p/s: sorry i dont know where should i place this topic so i just put it in the general discussion

actually i paid them by paypal so should i open a case for them or wait for another week??
and does anyone know how to open a case with paypal( i have never tried to open case with paypal before)
thanksI Have opened many disputes with Paypal, if you do get paypal to validate your claim (they should) then they require you to send it back to them registered and to send the postage information to Paypal.
Its pretty easy to do, just log in and follow instructions
If your not prepared to do that then try and work with logitechshop.

update: i found out the site logitechshop.com.au is managed by fluidtek it and i sent them an email about my case and they replied me inmediately :)
they said it will be solved this week
so if you have problems with logitechsop.com.au you can actually contact fluidtek it company
This is why you paid the cheapest price on the market, it doesnt allow for good customer service unfortunately, next time price match with Bricks & Mortar
