How to Enter:
Complete the 15-minute survey.

Note about the closing date:
The T&Cs don't have a closing date listed, so I guessed it based on the draw date (Monday the 7th of August).

I also noticed that the T&Cs state that there is a 1 in 50 chance of winning an iPad, so they may close it once it gets to 150 responses, in which case it may be best to get your entry in asap.

Info about the survey:
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes of your time. Questions will include:

• "I feel a strong personal obligation to protect local waterways"
• "Overall, I am satisfied with my local waterways"
• "I take notice of wildlife wherever I am"

Three ipads are offered as an incentive. You have a one in 50 chance of winning an iPad.
