Looking for a place with reasonable quality near Melbourne CBD that sell suit pants in a long length. Everywhere I've checked seems to be limited to short/medium sizes. Any suggestions?

As someone in the same situation you'd most likely would have to buy non finished pants and have them tailored.
Peter Jackson outlets usually have decent stuff. Have you tried DJ's?
Mostly went store to store in Southern Cross Outlet and DFO South Wharf but everywhere seems to just be short and medium length. Tried Myer as well but they only had one brand with long length that I didn't fancy. Might need to try DJs. Not looking for jackets just pants.

Go to Uniqlo Emporium. They stock pants with longer length (34 inches) and also the regular length (32 inches). Also offer cheap alteration services if you want to adjust the length.
failing that, there is also the store call 'high and mighty' next to Sensory Lab (coffee shop)in David Jones in the CBD, stocking pants with 36 inches inseam (extra tall)
Topman in Emporium is also an option, but sizes are limited since they are closing down.
I'm assuming you're not trying to match the material etc to a jacket or anything else.
Almost every men's shop has suit pants. Myer and DJs has huge ranges of suit pants.
Unless you have mega long legs or you're looking for something unusual like pink suit pants, you should easily be able to find something in either of those two.
There's also the whole Emporium and Melbourne Central buildings that are full of clothing stores.
Where have you shopped previously for pants?
