Game of Thrones: The Complete Seasons 1-6

Summers span decades. Winters can last a lifetime. And the struggle for the Iron Throne continues.

It stretches from the south, where heat breeds plots, lusts and intrigues, to the vast and savage eastern lands, where a young queen raises an army. All the while, in the frozen north, an 800-foot wall of ice precariously protects the war-ravaged kingdom from the dark forces that lie beyond. Kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars, lords and honest men; all play the 'Game of Thrones.'

27 Blu-Ray Boxset All Regions

Just thought I mention might not be an awesome deal by itself ($40+ incl delivery) but for those with a PSVR can pickup Battlezone VR along with this for a bit over $30 delivered as well.

Why buy an incomplete box set?

    • +6

Yeah, may as well wait 18 months and buy the whole thing.

      • Last report is the last season will finish in 2019. That in mind I figure the complete set box will be out 2020.

    • To watch it on the porcelain throne ;-)

  • Any idea if this'll include deleted scenes?

How much are reasonable lowish end blue ray players? Can any of them record Foxtel shows?

    • +4

Should be able to pick up a decent Blu-Ray player for under $50 on eBay. Can also play on a PlayStation 3+ or an Xbox One and up. As for recording Foxtel pretty sure you'll need an iQ box for that.

      Season 3

In Season 3, family and loyalty will be the overarching themes, and many critical plot points from the first two seasons will come to a violent head, with several major characters meeting cruel fates. While a primary focus continues to be on King’s Landing, where the Lannisters barely held onto power after a savage naval onslaught from Stannis Baratheon (brother of the late king), stirrings in the North threaten to alter the overall balance of power in Westeros. Robb Stark, King of the North, will face a major calamity in his efforts to build on his victories over the Lannisters in Season 2, while further north, Mance Rayder (new character, played by Ciarán Hinds) and his huge army of wildlings continue their inexorable march south to scale the Wall. Across the Narrow Sea, Daenerys Targaryen – reunited with her three deadly, fast-maturing dragons – attempts to raise an army of slaves to sail with her from Essos, in hopes of eventually overthrowing the Iron Throne.

Meanwhile, an unbowed Stannis Baratheon continues to rebuild his army; the Lannister-loathing ‘Red Viper of Dorne,’ Oberyn Martell, arrives at King's Landing for Joffrey's wedding to Margaery Tyrell; Daenerys Targaryen and her dragons and unsullied force aim to liberate the largest Slavery City in the east…with long-range plans to take back the Iron Throne; and a depleted Night's Watch faces the advance of Mance Rayder's wildling army, who are in turn running from the undead White Walkers.

Meanwhile, Cersei scrabbles to hold on to power in Kings Landing amidst the Tyrells and the rise of a religious group led by the enigmatic High Sparrow, while Jaimie embarks on a secret mission. • This one has the remastered Dolby Atmos which was only available in the expensive steelbooks. This is definitely a great bargain!

  • Am i missing something it's €49.95, then €12 shipping
    and that's closer to $90 than $70
I can't read french and i'm slightly retarded so can someone explain how I purchase this, but speak really slowly.

    • Should come to around €53 delivered at the end. If you have a no foreign transaction fee card then that should be around $78 AUD. Even if you don't have a no foreign transaction fee card you should be better off paying it for in Euros as opposed to using Amazon conversion/exchange rates. In that case should be a bit over the $80 AUD mark.

  • I'd wait until next year to buy the whole set, having this without S7 would be just weird.

  • Why don't studios just release these on a protected/locked USB or something and save the space? That way more data can be used as well as space!

    • 1 high capacity USB it still more expensive than several Blu Ray CDs

      • Plus they would need to build new production facilities just to be able to make these USB which would add to the cost. Also i'm guessing not every one has a Smart TV to be able to play the videos on that format in the first place. And even so those Television firmware would need to have support in the firmware for those propriety video protection formats which means all the Televisions would need a new firmware created.
