Health Insurance - Missed The Sign up Bonus?

My partner and I are looking to purchase couples insurance now that we have moved out and we will need hospital cover.

Have we missed out on all the sign up bonuses? I can't seem to find any online other than having the waiting periods waived.

Should we hold out until next June and be hit with the tax levy?
