        Same here. I've shopped with them more than a dozen times, both online and in store, never had an issue.

    I've posted my experience on product review.
    My main issue is with their LACK OF communication. I ordered 2 bags of dog food on 14th July and received no communication about order besides the order confirmation. I sent an email on 24th July asking for ETA. Instead of receiving an ETA, I get an automated email stating "We have processed you refund request and your refund has been issued".

    Things to note:
    (a)The CEO publicly stated that someone from his customer service team would contact me on the morning of the 27th July, which HAS NOT HAPPENED
    (b)some customers have been offered movie tickets or other vouchers for inconvenience whilst I haven't

    So yes, I'm miffed at the company. Great if you've only had good experiences with them, but I unfortunately can't say the same.

  Echoing other comments. I now refuse to ever buy from these guys. Terrible, terrible experiences, and to be honest, they are really not that cheap. Most sales just bring prices down to "normal".

    Expiry date 11/2017.

    Although I do agree their stuff isn't cheap usually, Pet Circle sells this for $104.

      4 months for a large sized dog is more than enough time to go through 20kg

      FYI - Pet circle has it for 75 atm as well (lamb and rice) - https://tinyurl.com/y8k3jl6z

      This was just an example to encourage to not take this as a "deal" and search around.

        Says who, and what makes you think that only owners of large dogs buy 20KG?

        And if it wasn't an issue, it wouldn't have been heavily marked down and list the expiry date in big red writing.

        Also, food loses its freshness as it ages, or do you think it remains perfect and then suddenly deteriorates on the expiry date?

        FYI, it's not the same, the one in the OP is: ADVANCE BREEDER DOG ADULT ACTIVE ALL BREED CHICKEN

        And as I already posted, Pet Circle sell it for $105.

        Do you actually check anything before you rush in to post?

        You realise this is not a personal attack on you (although I guess it is now)- re read my comments. These are examples to encourage people to search around for a better deal.

        As for who says that this is more than enough time - says the packaging - they all have how much you should feed your dog based on weight. Do you even research before you push post?

        It's a different product, if you want to compare then do so with an identical one.

        Lamb and rice is not the same as the chicken in the OP.

        So if you also feed your dog other things, you still have to give them the same amount?

        BTW, the packaging is a recommendation, doesn't mean it has to apply to every situation.

        And again, if the use-by date wasn't an issue then why was it marked down with the expiry date in big red writing?

        Food doesn't remain fresh right up until the expiry, then suddenly deteriorates.

  Have made around a dozen orders so far, perfect every time, quick postage and prices have always been the cheapest i could find. Not sure what the other posters are talking about.

  But yeah, the examples arent brilliant.

  She is not getting her toys and I am waiting for my refund.

  Never purchasing from mypetwarehouse again. Said all the sale items were not in stock and only shipped out full price items.
  When contacted them they said all the sale items were not going to be back in stock any time soon.

  Still waiting for my refund.
