Nice suits, went to the local shop and tried a couple on then bought 2. I'm over buying Ozsale suits that are cheaper but never fit right or end up costing as much as a high street suit once I pay a kings ransom to the tailor to fit
Went and ordered it from their online store… been almost 5 days.. no shipping confirmation, no reply to my email… what is going on?
In all honesty I suspect they're probably inundated with orders. Similar thing happened to me last time but everything arrived within about a week or two from memory.
I sent a message to their facebook chat. You are correct, they are swamped with orders.
I ended up with one of their suits, I sent a message with my order regarding my size. I think it was over looked, I spoke with Boris (after 250+ emails went to a reply all). Who said exchanges were not available - when I read the terms I was pretty sure they were allowed.
Either way, pretty disappointed - the colours in the online photos vs real life a certainly different.
Don't buy online unless you know exactly what you want is my tip.

I went into the south Yarra store the lady there was nice enough to help me out :) though she didn't have any sizes / much stock haha.
The online process is pretty disappointing. I received a DHL express tracking info on Monday, it's Thursday now and after speaking to DHL it seems like the item hasn't even been booked for pickup yet.
Update from me, was told it would be sent out yesterday and it will arrive today, but after contacting DHL they said the item hasn't been scheduled for pickup yet so it's not in the system.
What's the material?
