Ordered a MSI gtx 1070 on 4/07/17, the order is still in process, and no ETA given through live chat. Anyone have similiar experience?

A friend purchased a GTX1060 from HN around the same time. After hearing nothing, he contacted their support and was told that they were on backorder and would start shipping out this Friday.
He cancelled the order and bought one through Newegg last Thursday. It arrived yesterday. Suggest you do the same, you might save a few bucks in the process.
Would be nice if their website reflected that they had none in stock…

Shiiit. When did Harvey Norman start selling PC parts? Last time I was there (Switch release) I saw a bunch of old people buying smartphones getting swindled.
Totally agree with your comments. If people need to resort to buying PC components fro Harvey Norman then what is the world coming to??? The guy that is going to sell you that graphics card was probably selling washing machines last week. Enough said.

I did the same. But when I spoke to them they said they weren't expecting them in stock before the 31/7. So I cancelled and bought from newegg.
Only MSI gear.

after 7 weeks, Still no eta for my card, I have to cancel the order, never again.
I bought one around Nov/Dec last year. Similar experience but not that long. From what I remember I didn't hear anything or receive any information related to shipping. The card just showed up on my doorstep.
I recommend you follow it up with the customer service as they may send another one. If it was lost in transit they can claim on their insurance. It's how I got sent a second camera.
