    Thanks for letting me know carlb - are you paying with Paypal? If so, then I guess they may have closed it, or it could be limited to new customers. However, it only came in this week so it seems unlikely to be closed.

      doesnt have an option to paypal yet,
      coupons are requested at the cart prior to a payment process.
      I tried changing my default Payment source to Paypal in my account payment processing
      however same error occurs too.
