Do you know a place forum etc that crypto miners would be offloading their rigs?
Sydney preferred, I prefer not to buy on eBay.

That or the motherland Reddit. I think there is a subreddit dedicated to selling bitcoin rigs Asics and otherwise. You might catch a deal and they might be Australian.
