huh? The standard price when not on sale is around $590-$599 which is what this is listed at before discount.

They put up their prices on a lot of their items on ebay. $127 for a switch pro controller, $95.95 for switch games, $152 for Switch Joy con set.
I used to go to this store to support the local business, but now they're are dead to me. I'll be telling my friends they may as well shop at big w in the future.

Selling on ebay is like, %10. Thats less then the rent and staff wages etc they'd be paying. Ebay fees is not an argument to increase prices.

What are people's opinion of upgrading to a Pro from an original white PS4 when Destiny was released? So coming up to 3 years old now.
Is there considerable performance difference with the Pro, that would warrant an upgrade. This price is tempting, just not sure whether to bite!
I think the main selling point for the Pro, along with some hardware upgrades, was the 4k res compatibility. Just keep into account you'll need a decent 4k tv/monitor if you want to make the most out of this product. Maybe others can share their experiences with 1080/2160p. Glhf!

Also have her ps4 vanilla, you can notice the difference in many games on the 1080p monitor, many run smoother provided dev's havnt locked it to 30fps, many games crank up the draw distance and textures in hd mode, while it does look good in UHD it isnt the only feature from the pro it does much better performance and quality in 1080p as well.
It really depends on what TV you have. If you have a 4K TV with HDR then it may be of value if you trade in your old PS4. Ultimately it depends on the games that take advantage of Pro's power. If you look at Horizon Zero Dawn game play on PS4 Pro and 4K TV, it is breathtaking. But if you look at another best seller like Fifa 17, it is only slightly more satisfying. Just my 2c

Read comment above, theres quite a difference, unfortuantely it's easy to not compare and claim its only good for 4k.
After watching gf play on her ps4 vanilla on a 1080p screen, then plugging in my pro, trust me theres much of a difference, longer draw distance, more detail on screen.
Another one for this is skyrim.
