But I dont know, why this item is put on OZbargain, as the seller is in China.
Anyways, I think, for Overseas seller like this. eBay is safe.
Paypal secures the buyer money only thru ebay, else, it is like raising dispute directly from seller and keep waiting.
secondly, on their site, they can easily remote the -ve votes or can put fake votes. eBay gives u exact idea for the seller by feedback.
