    DINE Creamy Treats (4x12g) are currently $1.37 each at Supa IGA, so 3 x $1.37 = $4.11 for a $10 EFTPOS Card

Nice work and that of OP's. How good would it be if we could buy IGA Gift cards @ 5% off?

Edit: lol, you are the OP.

How good would it be if we could buy IGA Gift cards @ 5% off?

        Probably about 5% better ;)

edit: or to put it another way, $1.37 * 3 = $4.11. After $10 EFTPOS card being treated as "cashback", you'll "earn" $5.89.

If you get 5% off, the total cost will be $3.90 instead of $4.11. This makes your profit $6.10 instead of $5.89 which is actually a 3.56% increase in cashback, so it'd be 3.56% better!

Our local iga's loyalty program is an instant 3% off

        • Are you willing to share which branch?

        • @illumination:

    These guys don't approve claims.

Submitted twice. First time it was denied due to date not shown. Fair enough, I took another pic with the bottom of the receipt showing.

Second time rejected because the "invoice was unreadable". Was a full size image at 3000 x 4000 resolution. Crystal clear and can zoom right in.

Bit of a scam. I've bought Dine cat food for years, but this has annoyed me so much I might buy another brand now, lol.

I submitted 4 claims. Two were rejected due to 'unreadable invoice', while the other two were approved. Doesn't make sense to me. Now I have to chase them up because they didn't specify the claim numbers which were rejected. I've never had a problem with images of receipts for any other promo, so I'm not sure what's going on. It is frustrating, and not good for their brand image.

I agree this has been hard work.

When I have contacted them with another scanned copy of the invoice they dont say what is wrong with the claim. I have one more to claim tomorrow and then will continue the emails to get all 5 of them approved. Then off to the RSPCA with a donation of food

        • +1

I finally had all four of my claims approved. A couple of the EFTPOS cards arrived last week and they were a pain to activate. You have to enter the claim ID to activate, and the cards don't say which claim they're associated with, so trial & error. Good Luck :)

          @twilsoncrow:

I didn't even bother in the end. Glad I gave it a miss.
