Suprised people still pay retail prices for fuel, all of the major fuel card suppliers all offer a minimum of 12cpl off bowser prices with no minimum spend (and with a 14 day payment term)
BP regularly offer 20cpl on their fuel cards when on promotion.

You cant 'buy' a fuel card you apply for an account and go from there, there is respective forms on each of the major players websites.

Did some calculations the other day, unless you have 150L no amount of in store spend is worth it. And even then, the savings is a few dollars at best.
If my memory wasn't wrong, you needed a minimum of 100L with 24c discount and $20 exactly just to break even.
If you buy lots of milk and bread, you won't get ripped off in store. But no one needs that much unless they're feeding asylum seekers or something.
That's kind of the point I'm trying to make. Even buying quilton toilet paper every week isn't a cost effective option, unless you are using toilet paper on a commercial basis.
They are most of the time 4c per ltr or more expensive anywaz. But still a bit of a saving.
My mum got the offer. But it expires Wed. And in melb, we're at an expensive part of the cycle unfortunately, so even 10c off isn't that great a bargain.
Used to buy my fuel from Coles until they scrapped the RAC 4c litre discount, even though their fuel price was dearer. I now buy my fuel from Puma, Gull or Vibe which has cheaper fuel and I get the RAC discount with them. Winning :)
