Win 1 of 5 Prizes of Lunch for a Month at Australia Fair [NSW Residents Only]

How to Enter:
To enter, compete the entry form and answer the following question: Why you want to win your lunch for a month at Australia Square Dining?

Please note, the T&Cs state that you need to make a purchase at Australia Square Dining to enter (and it's random draw), but the competition page doesn't mention a purchase, and has a competition question, so I'm not sure if it's random draw and/or a purchase is required.

From the T&Cs
Five (5) winners will be drawn at random and notified by telephone on 01/08/2017.
Once notified, winners can collect their prize from the Australia Fair concierge desk located on level 5 of Australia Fair.which is open between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. All prizes must be redeemed during August 2017.

Each prize consists of 23 x $15 vouchers to be used at participating retailers of Australia Fair Dining during August 2017.Vouchers can be redeemed from Monday to Friday (inclusive).
