Help with Spigen case Slim armor - poor quality product

Hi all,
I'm having issues with the spigen slim armor case. It's showing bad staining from general use after a week.

Bought the case off official supplier Progadgets, but they've not been helpful at all and said that the case just absorbs stains…!

Probably my fault for purchasing it in a light color, wad wondering whether anyone else had had the same problem and if there are any tips or tricks to cleaning it?

    Take it off and soak it in vinegar.

    Email Spigen Customer Care
    Include details, photos and proof of purchase.
    They will usually send out a new one free of charge.
