Good Place to Get Microsoft Office 2016 with a Once-off Payment Rather than Subscription?

I usually just use the one at work, so no idea on pricing etc.

A relative needs one for word/excel.

The best place is if you are working for a large company, via the Home User Policy.

Office Professional for $15 to keep for life.
