How Much for a GoPro 3 or 4? Black or Silver

How much should I be paying for a used GoPro 3 or 4? Black or silver?

Is the 200 mark a good price for a GoPro3 Silver with a holder stick thing, headstrap, WP case, non WP case and cap mount?

I imagine I'd be able to haggle him to $150. Good price?

I've seen GP3 Silver secondhand on Gumtree for 140 so try push for that

  cant say i know much, but have been told that if you are a simple user than the silver will be good enough!
