Hey guys, just wondering if these subscriptions are worth it:

Is there any other providers that provide these services for lesser subscription fee (or free)?

Probably not for your average person. If however you've had your identity stolen, then yes, a must for a few years after at least.
Monitoring it after your identity is stolen is a little laste isn't it?
That's one way to look at it. I guess if you wanted to be super careful you could subscribe?
But what I meant was the free ones should be fine/enough if you haven't been compromised, the subscription would be more for those who prefer monitoring on their behalf…people who have been compromised have a higher chance of fraudulent applications in their name.
So any other providers that provide monitoring for less than $80/year?
@wildstone: No idea. Unless things have changed in the last few years, equifax (formally Veda) has the biggest market share. So personally if I was to subscribe to one, it would be them.
I'd also get the $90 one (at least) because you get email alerts that you don't in the basic one. I know stuff adds up, but 25c a day seems reasonable if you ask me.
you can get three credit reports a year for free
veda
dun and bradstreet
and another company offer them i forgot what one
the one you linked really offers little for 80/year.
