  • Another month to wait for the PC beta :'(

    • :( I feel you.. I'm keen to play on PC as well, but will fire up the old PS4 just because I have a week off next week for my birthday!

  • Can we join/invite friends to firesquad in beta?

Hope you had a chance to play with mates over the weekend!

      • Thanks mate, I did play a little bit but didn't get to the stage where you could join firesquads. I think you needed to finish the tutorial mission to do this. (I don't play PVP so not interested in Crucible etc)

Overall my impression was that it was very very similar to original Destiny. I don't know if I'm fussed to start the grind again with what appears to be the same game just new missions.

        What did you think?

        • In all honesty, I played through the beginning "Homecoming" mission with all 3 three classes and ran through the strike with all of them as well. I then proceeded to play the PvP for about an hour and was quickly used to the concept and tactics.

I'm hearing much of the same, that's its very similar to the first Destiny, but is that a bad thing? I mean the first Destiny did so well in capturing an entire community and pumping out refreshing content for its players.

Part of the reason I'm keen for this game is that I've been playing many grindy games with my friends lately (The Division & Wildlands) so Destiny just seems like a game most of my friends will be playing anyway? So may as well join in!

(All of this is coming from a player who played the original for only 3 weeks, due to friend group disbanding)

@ThePriceMatchGuy: It's not a bad thing at all. You'll love it, especially if you have mates to play with :)
