Need a one way rental for for about 3 weeks in the US. Any recommendations for a website cheaper than the usual?
US Car Rental website?

West coast, have used
Kayak
Rentalcars.co.uk
Expedia
last time i visited the US, i found it was cheaper to book via the UK car rental sites as they included all the extras at a flat rate.
I used this one.
https://www.carrentals.co.uk/included the various insurance and taxes in one go.
I found the US sites wanted to add it all on later which bumped the price up quite considerably.Skyscanner is the cheapest full stop period.
I used this site twice, Hawaii and San Fran: http://www.discountusacarrental.com
Alternatively, look for discount codes and test them out on each site, but takes a lot of time.
Any ideas on avoiding one-way fees?

I used these guys from Silicon Valley > LA.
There was a one-way fee. There usually is.Just try a couple of comparison websites. I've rented cars a few times in the US and none have been consistently cheapest. I think I've used (surprisingly) Webjet, Skyscanner and Iwantthatflight (well, whatever website they direct you to).
I think in terms of companies Dollar and enterprise are pretty cheap.Arguscarhire.com. Use them all the time on my annual US trip.
What is the usual?
and where are you travelling?
