Need some advice. Looking for a lower end 40" tv. No need for a lot, it's only for the kids to watch Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol… Needs to have HDMI for chromecast and anything else.
I'm not to fussed about refresh rate, 4K, smart tv's….
More concerned that it will be able to turn on an off a lot, and will last a little while.

EBay or Gumtree. I got my parents a 42" Panasonic for $112 from ebay so they have something to watch the news on. It was only 3 years old. Still going 18 months on.
