I am looking for the best price I can get on Windows 7, 64 bit version.
I am a teacher so could possibly get a teacher/education discount??
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Depending on what school you teach you might be able to get it free from your school.
My Uni (Curtin in WA) gives Microsoft 7 free to all teaching staff, plus other software.I think your school needs to be part of MDMA.
Huh? Is Curtin MDMAA?
I asked our IT from computing and they said they opt out from this alliance long ago and haven't joined ever since.
I am a teaching stuff there and only can buy the software at a discount from our bookshop.
Thank you, I do have a .edu.au email address. Is the website itsnotcheating.com just for downloads or can you order a hard copy, if I am going to buy it I would rather have a hardcopy just incase.
rewstar, thanks I will check with my school IT person, maybe we have a copy available at work.
I think you can get a hard copy delivered for $14.
I just had another look at the website, I don't think I am eligible, I work for DECS in SA, a primary school teacher. I don't work for a uni or TAFE, bummer.
You could COULD, get it free by search around on net ;)
it's not cheating doesnt have it for $69 anymore :-(
Check with the ICT department for SA schools.
My wife works for the NSW public system and they have a provider that will provide software for teachers (direct posting to the school only) for cheap prices. I just got Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit for less than $50 delivered. Have also bought Office 2010 and Adobe CS5 Master Suite very cheap through them.
You could try http://www.itsnotcheating.com.au if you have a .edu.au email address.
