It depends what you want to use it for, but wolf eyes - www.wolfeyes.com.au - make a few torches and headlamps that use a red LED for night time use

Note - I'm not affiliated in any way, I've just used their headlamps in the past

I've got a couple of BlitzWolf camping lamps from Bang Good last year. One of the function should give out that red effect. Had been using them on night trips and absolutely loved them.

The problem is I suspect that the red light is not as bright as shown in your pictures.
