15% off iTunes Gift Cards (Excludes $20 Gift Card) @ Coles

600

15% off iTunes gift cards this coming week from Coles.

Credit to @TA for his Coles catalogue deal.

Also credits to @YadaYadaYada for mentioning this offer.

If your Netflix credits are running low and you're using iTunes credits to load it up, might be a good time to stock up seeing that these cards aren't discounted as widely anymore.

If you can get OW to Price Beat then even better, works out at a solid 19.25% off!

  • Nice find, time to pricematch before they match it.

  • Oh can we credit netflix by iTunes?
    Sorry but how :/

    • I want to know how too…..

      • Download Netflix to your device and sign in
Then go into itunes and I think you go to the very bottom and press on your account name and then view Apple ID then go down to subscriptions
I think it should automatically be there.
Can't remember if you need to change a setting in Netflix account setting so if it's not there check that.

          Thanks heaps!
          I can't be bothered:/

I couldn't figure out a way to switch to iTunes billing on my previous account so had to create a new Netflix account via iOS app and select iTunes billing.

      • +1

i just cancelled my Netflix account after i used up my giftcard and billed through itunes with the same account.

      • +1

yeah that's what i had to do too

        • +1

You have cancel your existing account, and re sign up to via iTunes.

        • +1

          @dennis3107:

+1 make sure your Netflix cancellation comes into effect before you can change your billing method on iOS Netflix.

  • If Officeworks haven't updated their price then might be worth putting in the price beat they do?

    • They'll probably match it from tomorrow when this deal starts. I don't see why they would price beat today considering Coles offer hasn't started.

      • +1

they usually dont change their price.
people on here have said they do the price beat.

      • +3

Officeworks in the Brisbane CBD hasn't adjusted their price. I just picked up a $100 card for $80.75.

  • It's not in the catalogue 🤔

    • +1

It's at the bottom of page 37 (VIC catalogue), linked in the OP

I miss the minimum 20% off deals, but do need more for some Netflix chill.

Does Harvey Norman still have BOGOF days? They were the best for $20 cards

Is that possible to buy iTunes Gift Card by coles egiftcard?

    • I think the self serve disables payment by egift card when buying gift cards?

    • +1

I've done it a few times before but not recently. Who knows, it may have changed.

      • Self Checkout should be fine. It is a valid payment method.

        • No you can't on either self serve or normal anymore.
You used to be able to on the old POS system, though was not preferred.

      • Thanks for the confirmation mate.

I've just purchased $100 with an egiftcard at a self checkout. Peak hour. Shop assistant too busy running around to check what payment method I was going to use. Had it mixed in with a bunch of other groceries.

      • I think maybe the trick is to ensure that the iTunes GC is not the only item in the transaction, then egift card is an available payment option! :)

Thanks - it's been a long time between sips

Good for using netflicks USA just VPN and your all set easily,we lack ti much content over hear.

  • +1

Exactly what I was looking for! Many thanks :)

  • any change we can buy this online?

  • +1

Hopefully OW doesn't change their price.

  • I'll have to use office works as Brisbane cbd stores don't honour catalogue specials

  • +3

Officeworks just price matched for me. I don't know exactly how they work it out but the $30 card came down to $24.23.

    • +3

      Coles price: 85% x $30 = $25.50
      Officeworks price beat (5%): 95% x $25.50 ~ $24.23

    • 30 - 15% = 25.50
      25.50 - 5% = $24.23.

Is it worth the drive to officeworks only to get there and have them change their price to match Coles.

    • Yep that makes sense. I wouldn't go too far out of my way. Office works is just down the road from Coles where I live & I bought a few of them for family as well so it was worth checking out in my case.

    • +4

Officeworks Melb CBD (QV one) price matched with Coles. Got a $100 gift card for $80.75.

  • Every time I buy a card there is a better deal the following week. I might wait until next Tuesday and make a decision then.

  • +4

Just price matched at OW and got a $100 iTunes gift card for $80.75, paid with a Coles Myer GC that I got during a $35 off $150 at Myer Amex promo last year.
    Winning

If you're price matching with OW, you better get in quick. The manager scanned the cards on his PDA and they come up at a 15% discount already. However, at the register, they were still full price, and thus I was able to get the 19.25% discount. This was for the $100 and $30 iTunes card at OW Northmead @2:30pm.

Office works have updated their website with the 15% off so looks like the price beat is over.
