    just got myself some cocopops

What is the Star rating on them?

    • +1

      Two health stars m9

      • +4

For a second there, I read your reply as 'Two death stars'

    • +1

I wouldn't take the Health Star rating seriously when Nutrigrain gets a 4 with 35% sugar…

      • It's a comparison against other 'breakfast cereals', not against other health foods… It's relative…

        • Well Rice Bubbles gets a 3 with 8% sugar… So it's clear sugar has nothing to do with their rating system.

        • @AreYouAWiiizard:

          gets a 3 with 8% sugar…

sugar is only one of the factors in the rating.

        • @jv:it's actually three

@AreYouAWiiizard: The ratings system was implemented with a lot of industry input. The ratings purpose is to cause you to buy more food, it is not about health.

  • Would get a box of Crunchy Nut cornflakes but I'd probably eat the whole box in one sitting :/

    • I'm guessing you don't have a nut allergy then.

      • Well if they are not allergic to you then they don't have a nut allergy!

Woah, since when did movie tickets cost $23 each?!

    • Where do you live? Just wondering

      • New Zealand

I haven't paid more than $12 a ticket in years - even $11.50 + a box of cereal seems like it barely qualifies as a bargain… IMHO, if they gave you a free ticket after 6 boxes or something that'd be a bargain.

  • Get a cheap Optus/Telstra sim card would be better.

movie tix at hoyts and reading near me are $10 each so…. pass

    • -2

umm $10 for 2 tix? why pass?

      • +1

It's $23 for 2 tickets plus the price of cereal.

        • my bad, didn't read the details of the post.

    • +1

Yep, me too, so for $23 I could get 2 tickets and a packet of cereal!!

  • Is it true that movie tickets are now >$20 each for adult? Can't believe it if so. Last time I went it was $15ish.

  • This is $11.50 each ticket plus the cereal price, So a saving of $1.50 per ticket for me. At my local Hoyts tickets are $13 for adults and $10 for the kids. Reading near me charges $10 for all tickets and Bankstown Sports club is $10 adults and $5 for kids.
