Bluetooth Business Card Scanner and/or Electronics Prototyping

This is a fairly obscure request, but does anyone know of any places that do cheap electronic prototyping, or full manufacturing (ie. from design to completion)?

I need a portable business card scanner that has Bluetooth support. Basically I want to take a business card, stick it into the scanner, wait about 3 seconds and see the scanner has automagically bluetoothed the image of the business card to my phone.
Officeworks sell business card scanners, but they're not portable, unfortunately. I really need something that I can take around with me and even forgot I have it. I guess something powered by a CR2032 battery (or similar).

Upon my searches, I came across http://www.yankodesign.com/2008/09/08/digitize-that-stack-of… which is what I'd like except it stores the images internally, while I'd like them sent to my phone via Bluetooth. A screen and any extras aren't really needed.

Does anyone know of any places that can build something like that? Or better yet, does anyone know where something like that has already been built and can be purchased?

      That's actually very close to what I want, except I don't have an iPhone :(

      I guess it doesn't have to be a "scanner". I just want the image. It doesn't have to do OCR or anything fancy. Just a clear image of the card itself (consistent lighting, etc, which is why I thought scanner would be best).

      Is there electronics freelance websites where I can get it done cheaply? Something like eLance, ScriptLance or Get A Freeleancer, but mainly geared towards electronics and prototyping (ie. people that hang out there will know their stuff).
