  Got one of these fridges just under $2400 about a year go (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/252042), awesome fridge. Only thing awesome but also its downfall is the filtered water, you have to connect it up (isn't hard) and the filter needs replacing every 6 months (a pain, and another cost).

    I am sure it would be fine to replace every year, two or never…sif 6 monthly. Water coming out of these things also isnt very cold.
