Hi, so I missed out on the EOFY Samsung 8 deal yesterday unfortunately :(
I have a Sony Z5 and due to an accident, it's history and I need to upgrade. The XZ I have found on the sony store for around 699 and the XZs I've found online for 614.
Does anyone have a suggestion on which one to get or maybe recommend another phone?
Also has anyone heard of becxtech.com.au? Trustworthy?

My wife has gone from the Z5 to the XZ recently. XZs is only slightly better (camera) and cost quite a bit more at the time. We got the XZ 64gb dual SIM from qd_au eBay store. Pretty good seller - better than vaya and shopping square, etc. The battery life is much better than the Z5 which is the main thing.
The recent deals on the LG G6 look good too but I'm not convinced about LG's quality and software. The XZ is a quality phone. I've never liked Samsung, they seem gimmicky and they are usually at a premium price compared to Sony.
I've considered becx before but their shipping is usually a deal breaker and consider return post costs if there are warranty issues (if not covered by PayPal returns). TDimension is another one I have used for a Xperia M5 and Z5 and they covered return post costs for warranty (required about 2 or 3 returns for repairs before they gave a refund for the M5 and they covered all the postage costs).

As for phone recommendations… Galaxy S7? Good battery life, small size, water resistant like Sony series. Has been pretty cheap from recent sales. Got mine for $530 or so from Ebay.
