Did you find an eBay Deal at a better price somewhere else? It happens. Luckily, we’ll gladly match the competition. That happens, too.

1 Before you buy it, contact eBay Customer Service to request a price match.
2 Let Customer Service know where you found the lower price. We’ll verify the price match on the spot.
3 Once it’s verified, you’ll get an immediate eBay coupon for the difference. Happy shopping!

  Does this policy apply to different sellers on eBay or eBay viz a viz other platforms like Amazon. Bought an IPhone 7 from Dick smith eBay— cheaper on shopping square eBay now

  As a eBay seller, I pray to any God that they don't make up the difference by charging it back to the seller.

  But this is only applicable on the deals format not regular trading
