  Proceed with caution. Ordered shoes from them a month ago and haven't heard anything. Emailed them 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.

    Never had a problem myself. And have always been able to return shoes that didn't feel right as they have a 100% satisfaction return guarantee (within a certain time limit). Things don't work 100% of the time, but I'd say 99% of people don't experience any issues ordering from NB.

  Not valid at clearance stores, only "full price" stores…
